***These packages are available for Destination Location Events or Events that require 2 or more hours of travel from our Sherwood home office.
______________________ TRAVEL - For locations that are 1/2-hour or further from our Sherwood home office, $25 for the first 1/2-hour of travel then $25 for every 15-minutes after (based on furthest location).
- For events that require 2 or more hours of travel, one Hotel room for each night of the trip must be provided for photographer and an assistant. The hotel must be located less than 1-mile from the Reception Location.
- All Transportation (air and/or ground) and Lodging must me provided by the client for all Destination Location Events.
- For locations that require air travel, tickets for photographer and an assistant must be provided by the client along with hotel and ground transportation as previously noted
